What benefits are provided by the Harbor Bay Business Park Association?

The Association provides a number of services, including security, landscaping, architectural control, transportation, a mobile disaster unit, and coordination with the city of Alameda. Learn more about the Association.

The Business Park Association helps promote and support the use of public transit by providing a Shuttle Bus connection to BART through a contract with Altrans and subsidy support for the Alameda Harbor Bay Ferry Service. Learn more about transportation options.

What sort of security services are provided to employees and visitors to the Business Park?

All Security officers are CPR, First Aid and AED certified. They maintain a close working relationship with the Alameda Police Department. The presence and the high visibility of the officers and patrol vehicles are an integral part of our crime deterrence program. They perform exterior checks of building doors and windows at night, provide citizens assistance (including jump starts, air compressor and employees escort services to vehicles at night), and monitor vehicles parked overnight.
