The Harbor Bay Business Park Association
As an owner or tenant of the Harbor Bay Business Park, you are entitled to utilize the services of the world renowned Harbor Bay Business Park Association ("Association"), a California Mutual Benefit nonprofit corporation. The Association was created to meet the needs of the owners of the Business Park. If you have any questions about either Harbor Bay Business Park or the surrounding area, feel free to contact us. The Association is here to respond to all inquiries regarding Harbor Bay Business Park. Within the Association, the following services are provided:
- Security Services - Allied Barton Security Services provides dependable around the clock patrol service for the Business Park. All employees are carefully screened and provided with a Security Officer Basic Course. Additionally, each officer is CPR, First Aid and AED certified. They maintain a close working relationship with the Alameda Police Department. The presence and the high visibility of the officers and patrol vehicles are an integral part of our crime deterrence program. While their primary function is to protect person and property alike within the Business Park, they also perform building checks, citizens assist (including jump starts, air compressor and escort services), and monitor vehicles parked overnight. - Management of the Public Ferry Terminal - The Business Park Association oversees the management of the City of Alameda Public Ferry Terminal. We are responsible for landscape maintenance, security and scheduling of vessel dockings.
- Landscaping Service - The principle focus of the Harbor Bay Business Park Association's Landscaping Service is to perpetuate the vigor and health of the landscaping within the Park. Our goal is to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment that can be enjoyed by all.
